Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Cloudfull does with your data. Cloudfull is built to keep your photos and videos private, on your device.
Your photos and videos
Cloudfull shows the photos and videos already in your library. Your photos and videos never leave your device and are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
Everything Cloudfull remembers about your library, such as what you have seen, what you kept, and what is in your Bin, stays on your device.
Photo locations
Some photos carry a location where they were taken. To show a place name under a photo, Cloudfull sends that photo's embedded coordinate to Apple's Maps service. This lookup uses only the photo's own location, not your phone's current location. Apple's privacy policy applies to this lookup.
Anonymous usage analytics
Once each time you use Cloudfull, the app sends one anonymous record to Apple CloudKit, which is Cloudfull's own database hosted by Apple. The record uses a random install ID. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
The record can include:
- App version, iOS version, and device model
- Number of items in your library and your free storage space
- Session length
- Country or region, language, and time zone
- Network type
- Display and accessibility settings, such as dark mode, text size, Reduce Motion, and Low Power Mode
- Audio route and volume
- Counts of feature use, such as keeps, deletes, shares, and shrinks
Cloudfull never sends your photos, videos, filenames, asset IDs, photo dates, photo locations, album names, or anything you type.
We use this data only to improve Cloudfull. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties. We do not use it for ads or for tracking, and Cloudfull does not use App Tracking Transparency or an IDFA.
Data collected
In App Store terms, Cloudfull collects data not linked to your identity, for analytics only:
- Usage Data: Product Interaction, Other Usage Data
- Diagnostics: Performance Data
- Identifiers: Device ID
- Location: Coarse Location
Cloudfull collects nothing else, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Account and sign-in
Cloudfull has no account and no sign-up. There is nothing to register, and we hold no login information about you.
Deleting your data
Deleting Cloudfull from your device removes all of the app's on-device data, including your seen history, kept items, and Bin.

Children
Cloudfull is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
